You'll be a core part of our AI development team, designing and shipping intelligent systems that directly impact how companies hire talent. You'll work fully remote with complete autonomy, with our HQ based in Barcelona, Spain.

What We're Looking For
Deep AI Expertise
Deep expertise in neural networks, NLP and pattern recognition applied to real products.
Strong Engineering Foundations
Strong advanced software engineering foundations — knowing how to train models isn't enough.
React & Frontend Skills
Fluency in React and ability to collaborate on frontend when the product demands it.
Claude & Generative AI Native
Active daily use of Claude, Claude Code and generative AI tools in your workflow — we want someone already working this way.
Python & Cloud Infrastructure
Advanced Python + cloud infrastructure experience (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Builder Mindset
You solve problems, propose solutions, and don't wait to be told what to do.
